When the balloon failed they should have removed their butts from the area, but of coarse people were stupid enough to get close to it and did not even acknowledge that they were in danger until the sparkle effect fireworks started going off! The announcers were trying to warn everyone to move away from the balloon before the sparkle effect fireworks went off.
