Oslo Bors ASA and Toronto Stock Exchange announced that today they will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under the MoU, Toronto Stock Exchange and Oslo Bors will cooperate in marketing and understanding each other's markets and regulatory regime, explore a framework to promote and facilitate dual listings on each other's exchanges, participate in joint events and roadshows, facilitate introductions to regulatory authorities and capital market professionals and participants in each other's jurisdiction, and more.
