SO naturally the waper pipes for the intake had to be moved further up in Akerselva after a couple of decades. First they moved it to treskow bridge which crosses akerselva further upstream. Then the industry moved further up so naturally the pipes were again moved, this time to the start of the Oslo River. Like mentioned earlier Akerselva starts at the Maridal lake.
