University of Oslo offers part of the Viking and Medieval Norse Studies programme, an international two-year graduate programme leading to an M.A. degree. The programme is run by the University of Iceland in cooperation with Aarhus University (Denmark), University of Copenhagen (Denmark), University of Oslo (Norway), and the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies (Iceland).
