Hey there, for infront of the wing: row 7, to row 12. (Row 12 is ontop of the engine really, row 7 is infront of it, but in row 7 you have to bend your neck, and also point your camera backward a bit. If you are in row 7, you can easily be spotted by the cabin crew so keep that in mind too). For behind the wing: Rows 23 - 21, perfect view of the ground and wing. 21 is right on the edge of the flap, 23 is right behind the wing. Hope this helps!

Ryanair have one of the best SOP's in the industry, each and every action of the crew is coordinated between them, flaps are checked 5!!! times before takeoff and so on. Such a fast and effective operation requires lot's of regulated actions, that's why despite being in rush on each flight, they have managed to keep their safety record at the top. While I do agree that RYR treats its crew like shit, their training department is one of the best i've ever seen!
-
While all of this is true, and I agree with all of your points, especially when you say "I get what I pay for", however what you say has more gravity behind the scenes than what most people notice. The crew are essentially one of a few key reasons the prices are this cheap, and because of that Ryanair is operating on the edge. That's why I prefer if travelling with family to pay a bit more and know that their turnaround time allows for some concentration in the cockpit.

I pay less for the ticket than I pay for my coffee, I get to my destination fast and on time on a brand new B737-800. No, I don't want to pay 800 eur for two hour flight with SAS and get a "free' meal. With RYR it's simple, I get what I pay for.

"The best airline of Europe".... What drugs are you on?
-
Post landing announcements should relate to safety issues ONLY, and THEN the bragging about Ryanair being Europe´s most on time airline can start. (But that´s a great lie anyway).

Kidding of what?

Hey, thanks for your comment. 21/3F are very similar. 23F you sit slightly further back, so you're a bit behind the flaps, but on 21F you are aligned with the flaps nicely as you can see here in this video! If you'd like to see what 23F looks like, check out /watch?v=kUTyhaqXFjA

Ryanair isnt beautiful!its fucking!
-
so we have seen the fsx version... where's the real life one? ;)

Pardon my disagreement... but this isn't ALWAYS the case. Ryanair do fly to major cities such as Madrid and Rome and all the holiday destinations like Malaga, Barcelona, Palma and the Canaries that most other airlines do fly to. Next, if you want a seat on the plane buy Priority Boarding? It's cheap and gets you a pick of the seats like I did on my return trip to KUN from LBA. Also when I flew with Ryanair their staff were fantastic. Other than etihad, best airline I've been with.
