At 03:25 in the video, climbing up to 41,000ft north from Edinburgh airport it was possible to clearly see the eastern coastline of Scotland including Perth, Dundee, St Andrews, Carnoustie, Arbroath and Aberdeen as it wasn't too cloudy there but not much you can really do about the weather.
