It's Fast and it's Smart, it's a FALCON15-Police boat by Båtservice Mandal, Norway. The video was taken during testing before the delivery to Oslo Police Forces. On its delivery trip from Mandal to Oslo the fuel consumption was six liters per nautical mile on average, during a cruising speed of 35 knots and the boat kept nice cruising speed all the way.
