I love your scarf

a lot of people tend to think that people just am hour away from a city speaks the dialect of that city. It happens around Bergen. I live on an island in the north of the same county that Bergen is in. I speak a different dialect form Bergen. People from Bergen sometimes have a hard time understanding me.

You are half correct about english and norwegian being simular, but thats because in the viking age, before the english language was born they took in alot of words, so english is realy a mix of "Old english", '"Old norwegian" and french. Pluss alot of new words that gets added like tv, app, and every new word that gets added is not realy english or norwegian so to say, its more like global words sence its starting to water down languages as a whole.

can you make a video where you dont explain the accents but just speak lets say at least 10 or 20 seconds each. that would be very helpful.

How come your video is in English if you are Norwegian?

I live in the south and I say kake too, and we don't roll on the "R", at least not the city's close to me. :)

I find the Skarre R a lot easier to make than the Rolled R. I find it impossible to roll my Rs.
