8:10 why it is not controlled by traffic lights? I suppose that dispatchers have transmitters but even that isnt it dangerous? What type of tram did you rode?

Why did they remove the tracks in city center? Was it a good idea to make trams run only one way with such a huge loop arouund the center. I think that was a bad idea, was it?
