Apparently "preconnect" does not translate into Norwegian.

The bus is obviously a goner, but that shouldn't mean firefighters should dawdle about like they haven't a care in the world. In a vehicle fire there's always other things to consider - like the road surface, or power lines, or traffic lights: the quicker you put the fire out, the less collateral damage is caused, full stop. And, therefore, no extra cost to the local authorities, and no extra disruption to road users and townsfolk as the work is carried out. Many fire services could learn a lot from the UK. No-one gets first-attack water down like the Brits. Disagree if you want, (and no doubt some will!), but you can't change facts with ignorance however patriotic you are.

The bus is wreck anyway, so it looks like they are using it as a practise. No stupide firemen!

Norway style of putting out fire i guess. they are educated firemen so they should know what they are doing. guess that is the way we do it up here in the north haha

still somehow no reason why messing up the hoses like that. Could've taken the first attack hoses first and then set up a water supply to a hydrant. And even though it's a wreck anyway, I wouldn't waste time for laying down hoses like they did. Don't wanna be the smart guy, but what they did was somehow strange.

meh, the buss was a a wreck when they got there so why stress about it :P
