Luego de este concierto en Oslo, esperamos por su presentación en Montmatre Hus en Copenhagen. Debía iniciar a las 10 pm. El local colmado de fans inquietos por la demora. A las 11 pm apareció el dueño del local, Danmarks Kaj, presentando excusas, pues Bill estaba en el hotel arriba, pero se sentía mal de salud. Se ofreció devolución del valor de entradas o un grupo alternativo y bebidas on the house. Bill murió esa semana. Gracias por este, su último concierto.

I've listened to countless Bill Evans recordings, but tonight was the first time I've heard this one. Wow. His poor health did not diminish his genius. Really a remarkable performance by Bill and the trio, individually and as a group. Lucky audience that night!

I listen to Bill just about everyday. He produced so many great works and his live concerts were perhaps the best of any recording artist. He was truly incomparable and we are the better for his genius. I can only hope he knew how much he was appreciated and loved

Bill Evans was Bill Evans, no matter what, a shame he cut his trip short to be some other place, like many others,
yet he left us these great works, bless for that.

Ah Laurie, I am so sorry for your terrible loss when Bill passed away. It has to be beautiful and yet so sad for you to watch him perform some of his last live performances. I'm so glad he had you in his life. Unbelievable genius.
