Today is my 7th day of doing this workout, and I can already see a small change! Days 1-4 though, I did two of your workout videos, it was this one and the abs workout, and for days 5-7 I just this one and randomly did like 15 second crunches when I had time throughout the day and I can see a small change already! Thank u!!

1st day it was ok
2nd day, my tummy is really hurt -
I'm already pretty thin I have a fast metabolism but my stomach made me look like I was 9 months pregnant ππ but now in starting to see definition ππ½

I worked out and now my abs are showing, but I'm so nervous because I let myself have two chocolate biscuits afterwards.
I'm doing this again now. Not taking any chances, lol. -
Day 1: Had to take 3 breaks at the end, but can feel my abs getting a work out.
(If anyone wants updates, just ask, but it may take me a few days to reply) -
first timer and now stomach cramps all day.... will try again tomorrow when my tummy feels a little less stuffier

Second day is definitely the worst day. Once you get past that, it gets easier

ok so imma try do this i'll try and update i did it yesterday so i'll just put that here too. i'll try to be one of those people who don't disappear but don't count on it.
Day 1: It wasn't too bad but close to the end it was very hard. I felt amazing after i did it tho
Day 2: It's getting easier already but like yesterday it's hard towards the end. The wind meal one has me dying.
i did it twice on day 2 and the second time was basically the same. -
It's 2 am and I feel motivated LETS GO
